Clinical Resource – Mood & Menopause

Mood changes such as anxiety, low mood, irritability and sleep disruption can occur during perimenopause and menopause. The MENO‑D Menopause Depression Scale developed by Professor Jayashri Kulkarni through the Monash Alfred Psychiatry Research Centre (MAPrc) and HER Centre Australia helps identify depression related to the menopause transition.
